The director of the Los Angeles Film Festival wanted there to be a television show about the festival. I was chosen to create a look and feel for the first season - along with eleven hour long episodes.
Leading a team of over 40 volunteers, most of them students, we shot and edited our way through the festival. Creating a new hour of television each day for the entire fun of the festival.
The project was so successful that I was brought back to produce it the following year, and it continues today as an integral part of the festival, enabling fans to find out more about the films they want to see, and behind the scenes at the festival, giving filmmakers and Film Independent one more way to get their messages out there.
